No. Your income comes from selling cruises and earning real commission from the cruise lines — not from recruiting people. There are no downlines, no recruitment tiers, and you don't buy inventory.
You don't need your own license: you operate as an independent agent under our Florida Seller of Travel registration ST44776. You don't need experience either — training in English or Spanish is included. *Residents of California, Washington, Hawaii and Iowa: those states have their own additional requirements.
Never. Every payment is processed directly by our office with the cruise line. You quote, advise and sell — the administrative and payment side is ours.
Payouts are processed weekly, every Tuesday, on commissions actually received from the cruise lines during the prior week, based on your agent level. Cruise lines release commission after final payment or after sailing, depending on the line. Everything is recorded in your agent portal.
You receive a percentage of the commission the cruise line pays Oxean on every sale, based on your agent level, paid every Tuesday. We make no income promises and guarantee no results: we give you the structure, the contracts, the training and the support — you build the sales.
An agent sells cruises and earns a commission on every sale, every time, with no cap; they also earn a $50 bonus for every agent they refer to Oxean. A promoter doesn't sell or serve clients: they recommend Oxean to their audience and are paid $50, one time only, for each person who activates a membership.
